Please turn on all lights and open the blinds before we arrive. Also, please remove any items from the floor so we can cover more areas during cleaning.

Yes, we carry insurance on our vehicles and our work in your home. We also guarantee customer satisfaction. Was something not cleaned the way that you expected? Let us know, and we will do our best to make things right. We will offer you a 100% refund if you are still unsatisfied with our services. 

Credit and Debit cards, Cashapp, Zelle, and Square pay. We are unable to accept cash or personal checks. Payment in full is due upon completion of the cleaning.

During service, we recommend that you keep your pet somewhere they will be comfortable and secure — not all of our furry friends like the sound of vacuums or unfamiliar people in their space. Let us know how you'd like to handle your pet ahead of time to keep them safe and happy. The safety of your property and all those who dwell within it is our number one priority. 

It will take about 20 to 30 minutes per room on average. This can vary significantly depending on how soiled the carpets are and whether any spot removal treatments are required.

We consider an average size room to be no larger than 200 sq. ft.  Living room/dining room combos are considered two areas. Any area over 200 square feet but less than 400 square feet is priced as two areas.

No, we ask that you move the items you want off the floor before our arrival. We want to protect your property as well as ourselves. We schedule and price our appointments around our average time per room for cleaning and not moving and replacing furniture. We appreciate your understanding.

Our process typically dries in 1 to 2 hours, preventing mold, loosening of the carpets, and other potential problems. 

We cannot guarantee the removal of all spots or stains. Some substances can permanently discolor carpet fibers. The age of the carpet and the type of carpet fibers also play a factor in this. We will determine if this is the case before cleaning, but we cannot always decide on this before trying to remove the spots.

We will provide you with a receipt for your records or the landlord(s).

There is no fee when making a payment. 

Yes, for appointments booked online, we will follow up via a phone call with you prior to reporting to your residence.
