It will take about 20 to 30 minutes per room on average. This can vary significantly depending on how soiled the carpets are and whether any spot removal treatments are required.
No, we ask that you move the items you want off the floor before our arrival. We want to protect your property as well as ourselves. We schedule and price our appointments around our average time per room for cleaning and not moving and replacing furniture. We appreciate your understanding.

We cannot guarantee the removal of all spots or stains. Some substances can permanently discolor carpet fibers. The age of the carpet and the type of carpet fibers also play a factor in this. We will determine if this is the case before cleaning, but we cannot always decide on this before trying to remove the spots.
We only use products that are safe for everyone, non-toxic, and environmentally friendly. MDS Sheets are available upon request.
